Badges
For communication and security purposes, please wear your badge at all times, including during cocktail & gala dinner.
Dress Code
The dress code for business sessions and cocktail receptions is smart casual. A Black Tie will most probably be required for the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, June 11th.
Registration Desk
The Consumer Goods Forum team will welcome you to the Global Summit on Monday, 9th June, in the afternoon for those participating in the Store Tour. Delegates are invited to register at the Welcome Desk upon arrival. The Welcome Desk will be open:
- Monday 9th June: 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm – FOR STORE TOUR PARTICIPANTS ONLY
- Tuesday 10th June: 7.00 am – 9.00 am – FOR STORE TOUR PARTICIPANTS ONLY: 9.00 am – 12.00 am – GROUP & SPONSOR REGISTRATIONS: 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm – FOR ALL DELEGATES
- Wednesday 11th June: 7.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Thursday 12th June: 7.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Friday 13th June: 8.00 am – 12.00 pm

CGF Events App
The CGF Events app is our exclusive tool for you to network with fellow delegates and access event information before and during the Summit. Access to the events will be available before the Global Summit starts.
Evaluation Questionnaire
Your feedback is crucial for us to better understand your needs. We will ask you to rate the speakers daily through an online questionnaire. After the event, please take five minutes to complete a more general online evaluation questionnaire, which will help us better serve your needs in the future.
Session Presentations
Speakers’ presentations will be available after the evaluation questionnaire is submitted. Please note that the availability of presentations is entirely at the speakers’ discretion.
Executive Summary
An Executive Summary of the plenary sessions will be sent by email to delegates after the event and will be made available online.
