Sustainable Retail Summit

To enter the building, you will need a unique QR code, which will be sent directly by the venue 48 hours prior to the event. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it and contact us.

Access on Thursday
Please note that Thursday is reserved for the Discovery Tour. The building will only be accessible for the retail scene between 08:00 and 09:00, after which it will be closed.

Your Luggage on Thursday
The venue will be closed following the retail scene presentation, so luggage storage will not be available. Limited space for luggage will be provided on the coaches, but we strongly recommend leaving your belongings at your hotel.

A networking cocktail will be held in the networking area of the SRS venue on Tuesday, 28th, at 18:20. Please ensure you collect your badge from the registration desk beforehand.

Please note that there are no transfers; each participant will have to make his own way to the venue, which is approximately 15 mn away by foot.

Please note that no paper version of the programme will be handed out on-site. However, all event-related information is in real time on our CGF events app, Spotme. You will be emailed your individual link from “Sustainable Retail Summit 2025” from [email protected]; if you don’t receive it, contact us after checking your Spam folder. Please note that you will receive the link to the app only if your registration is fully paid.

An Executive Summary of the plenary sessions will be emailed to delegates after the event and will also be available on the Sustainable Retail Summit website.

The sessions’ presentations will be made available once you have completed our general evaluation questionnaire. Please note that the availability of presentations is at the discretion of the speakers.
