The Forest Positive Coalition of the Consumer Goods Forum and IDH are delighted to invite you to a unique event about how to respond to climate-induced crop failures during Climate Week 2024.

  • Wednesday 25 September 2024
  • 14:00 – 16:30 CEST

This event occurs amidst significant supply disruptions due to climate change, already affecting key commodities such as palm, soy, coffee, cocoa, beef, and cotton. These disruptions are expected to increasingly influence market dynamics, severely impacting all stakeholders in the supply chain, including farmers, traders, brands, and retailers.

To address these challenges, early investment in targeted company and supply chain resilience strategies is crucial. We’ll explore how adopting resilient production models at landscape level can help reduce supply and business risks.

Alongside peers from business and finance, we will share practical examples of landscape-level action for climate resilience and land restoration and how it can support reliable and inclusive production of commodities.
