Parts 10-11 of the End-to-End Value Chain (E2E) Management Cybernetics learning series has been published by The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) in collaboration with Dr. Boysen Management + Consulting. This follows the launch of parts 1-9 of the learning series paper in January, February, March and April. Cybernetics is a transdisciplinary approach to explore regulatory systems, their structures, constraints, and possibilities. The learning series paper aims to help influential people within management roles reach better decisions in our dynamic business world.
Part 10 of the learning series focuses on integrated IT workflow applications. How well can IT adapt to changes in organizations? This section will allow readers to understand why IT applications supporting processes should be fully integrated and provides them with the necessary requirements for an integrated IT landscape.
In part 11, the focus is on measuring cybernetic excellence. Readers will be introduced to the nature of cybernetics-oriented reporting systems and will be provided with practice-proven means to achieve effective risk management.
The publication of parts 10-11 mark the fifth in an exciting six segment launch leading up to June 2020.
